Joseph (Joe) Robert Bernadelli was born Aug. 27, 1936, in Puyallup, Washington, and went home to the Lord on Nov. 5, 2021.

Joe graduated from White River High School in 1954 and joined the Coast Guard for active duty in the South Pacific during the Korean War. Later, he became a plumbing/pipefitter inspector for the State of Washington.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Ulla Rudd, his brother Raymond Bernadelli, four children: Robert, Sheila, Susanne, and Lenora Bernadelli, and three stepsons: Robert, John, and Stephen Rudd, as well as seven grandchildren: Robert, Aaron, Peiten, Nikki, Alexander, Caitlin Bernadelli, and Malcolm Rudd.

A Celebration of Life in his honor will be held in the chapel of Trinity Lutheran Church at 6215 196th St. SW, Lynnwood, on Dec. 11 at 11:30 a.m.

Joe, we will always miss your exceptional kindness, your infectious belly laugh, and your positive and happy outlook on life. You knew no strangers. You made it your personal mission in life to spread your kindness to anyone within reach. How truly lucky we were to have had you in our lives.
