Leadership Launch co-founders Dan and Rachel Kittle were named Mukilteo's Citizens of the Year in 2021. The Kittles received the news during a surprise visit by several previous Citizens of the Year award recipients. Joining the Kittles were (left to right) Kathy Wisbeck (2013), Ann Collier (2005), John Collier (2014), Matt Martin (2019), Pam Taylor (2017), Rachel Kittle (2021), Dan Kittle (2021), Lynnette Gardiner-Kidd (2001), Earl "Skip" Kidd (2001), Dr. Nhi Pham (2018), Carolyn "Dode" Carlson (2020), and Lois Brown (1995).
