Mayor Joe Marine joined Taqueria Puebla owner Adrian Ramirez and his staff to formally cut the ribbon to celebrate his newly opened restaurant Wednesday, Jan. 28. Taqueria Puebla recently relocated from Lynnwood to 11700 Mukilteo Speedway, close to Red Cork Bistro, which Ramirez also co-owns.
