At Charcoal, chefs meet the artists | Arts and Appetite

After visiting Charcoal, the new restaurant in downtown Edmonds tucked inside the Graphite Arts Center, I planned to title this review “Food as Art.”
However, when I asked Mary Olsen, who developed the concept of the center with friend and artist Tracy Felix, Olsen shared that she sees beauty in the collaborative inspiration, or as she said it: “Chefs meet artists.”
