Tipsy Baked Mussels on the Half Shell | Let's Cook!

Serves 2 – 4
•12 mussels, scrubbed clean and beards removed
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 2 sprigs lemon thyme
• 2 sprigs flat leaf parsley
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
