Mukilteo Assistant Chief Glen Koen presents the Mukilteo Police Department Life Saving Award to officer Eric Ofori. Officer Ofori was able to locate an unconscious subject in the woods and provide life saving measures until medics arrived and were able to transport the subject to the hospital for further treatment.
