Mayor Jennifer Gregerson gets a little help from a young bicyclist during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Harbour Reach Corridor Project Saturday, June 26. Gregerson was joined by Councilmember Joe Marine (left), Vice President Bob Champion, and Councilmember Riaz Khan (right), along with hundreds of residents who braved the start of the weekend heat wave to walk and ride their bikes on the new street.

Mukilteo is a little more connected.

The grand opening of the Harbour Reach Corridor Project ushered in a new era for residents in and around Beverly Park Road Saturday, June 26.

The new Harbour Reach Drive adds an alternate north-south route through the City, helping Beverly Park residents to get around the city easier and helping to reduce congestion on Mukilteo Speedway.

"Today we're celebrating a way to make our city feel more like one neighborhood," Mayor Jennifer Gregerson said. "Our residents on Beverly can now access our community as conveniently as anybody in Harbour Pointe."
