And that paragraph refers to an "alleged great speech today" from new President Biden.

The second paragraph again mentions the speech "today," yet refers to the inauguration speech. This speech was given on Jan. 20, not March 10. Mr. Gold goes on to say Biden almost "yells" his presentations. And he says he wonders why Biden is "selling" his speech so hard.
