If you're hoping to check out the new restaurant going into the former Lombardo's Pizzeria location on Mukilteo Speedway, you won't have long to wait long.

Sean Drought said that he and co-owners Ivo Schilbach and Brian Radford hope to open their new venture, Tapped Mukilteo, in late December.

"I think Mukilteo needed another good restaurant," said Drought, a longtime resident of Mukilteo, who has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including at P.F. Chang's and Nordstrom's.

Drought and his partners had been looking for locations in Mukilteo for a couple of years. B...
