Mukilteo resident Herbie Weissee took this photo Thursday, July 16, of the fire at the Waterfront Place Apartments complex in Everett. Weisse and wife Carrie were working on their boat, the Oskee Wow Wow, when the fire started.
The Mukilteo Fire Department was one of the agencies that assisted the Everett Fire Department in putting out a massive fire at an apartment complex being constructed on the waterfront in Everett.
