Restaurants, barbers, gyms reopening under Phase 2

Barber Mickey Rounds cuts the hair of longtime customer Chazz Kawabori Monday, June 15. Rounds, the owner and operator of Mickey's Hometown Barbershop, reopened for business on June 6 as part of Snohomish County moving into Phase 2 of the state's reopening plan.
The announcement that Snohomish County was moving to Phase 2 of the state's reopening plan means that more businesses in Mukilteo are welcoming their customers back.
For Mickey Rounds, owner and operator of Mickey's Hometown Barbershop, that required him to enlist the help of his wife to answer the phone and make appointments.
Prior to the coronavirus pandemic, many of Rounds' clients just walked into his shop, located at 405 Lincoln Ave., whenever they were in the mood for a haircut.
