Snow shutdowns | Off Kilter

Two winters ago, we had over 5 inches of snow (down on the Sound in Edmonds, where we now live) and very cold temperatures around here for a few days. Mill Creek got over 7 inches. Everett got just over a foot of it.
For several mornings, the temperature in some places had been below 20 degree Fahrenheit. About as cold as it has been in more than two decades. It’s hard to remember this due to days like today, sunny and temperature over 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
