School district plans to close the gap in student achievement at Kamiak

Kamiak aims to support identified subgroups

The Mukilteo School District has adopted new goals and strategies to close the gap in student achievement at Kamiak High School. 

School Improvement Plans (SIP) are required by the State Board of Education. A new school district plan is adopted every three years.  

Target areas in Kamiak address graduation rates, Ninth Grade On-Track, dual credit completion, attendance, and discipline. Most data is compiled from the 2018-19 school year, according to the SIP.
