Kamiak inducts 100 students into National Honor Society

Kamiak High School inducted 100 students into the National Honor Society at a ceremony Nov. 6.
This event has been held every year since the school’s inception in 1993. This was Kamiak’s 26th year hosting the induction ceremony. The National Honor Society was founded in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
Melissa Storr, Kamiak teacher and NHS advisor, said the new inductees have increased the society’s membership to 212 students overall. NHS has over 1 million student members nationwide.
