Young hip-hop artist accepted into notable music residency program

 

Nathan Campos, a young hip-hop artist who recently got accepted into notable music Residency Program in Seattle. Campos writes his own music and has performed alongside Luniz and Mr. Hotspot.

Up-and-coming local teen hip-hop artist and Kamiak grad Nathan Campos was accepted into a summer residency music program in Seattle – a program in collaboration with notable Seattle artists Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.

The Residency, formerly known as Hip-Hop Artist Residency, is a collaboration between Arts Corps, MoPOP, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. The program debuted in the summer of 2015 with only 40 emerging youth hip-hop artists selected into the program each year.
