June 7

You dang kids

The reporting party (RP) advised of kids being loud while playing outside. Officers spoke with RP who was irritated with neighbor kids who run around and yell and scream while playing outside. The kids were not currently outside, but the RP said when it does happen it disrupts his daily life. Officers confirmed the kids were not hurting each other or anyone else and that they were not yelling inappropriate comments. In general, the kids are just loud when they play outside. 9400 block of 62ndPlace West.

June 8

Happy birthday to you

The RP requested an area check for a loud neighbor. The officer found a birthday party at the location. The residents agreed to turn their music down to a reasonable volume. 9900 block of 50thPlace West.

Domestic violence

Officers were dispatched to a report by a female that her husband had hit her and kicked down the door. He was reportedly intoxicated and left the home on foot prior to police arrival. The female reported that her husband punched her three times on the leg and she also had an unexplained lump on her forearm and expressed fear of her husband. There was also damage to a door at the residence. The suspect was located nearby and detained. He had leaves on his clothing after laying in a nearby yard. He was quite intoxicated but cooperative. He denied any violence had occurred between he and his wife. The suspect was arrested and booked at Snohomish County Jail for DV Assault 4th Degree. 1600 block of Highland Terrace Court.

June 9


The RP advised of a subject possibly inside their home. The RP stated they could hear sounds of someone walking around in the downstairs area of the home and he and his wife were upstairs in the bedroom. Upon arrival, officers located at least two windows without the window screens and fresh pry marks on a window. The suspects were described as two white males in their 30s. A K9 track was conducted with negative results. The suspects were able to get a small window open, but they did not make entry and nothing was taken. 6000 block of 91stPlace Southwest.

June 10

I know it’s you

The RP requested contact in regards to littering. The RP told the officer that he had video of a vehicle littering on the street. He had no description of the driver or license plate but told the officer he was convinced it was associated with his neighbor. 5000 block of 88thStreet Southwest.

Intense game

The officer was dispatched to an area check for two teens smoking something in the back parking lot. The officer contacted two adult males who denied smoking anything and stated they were taking a break from watching the NBA finals. The officer did not locate any controlled substances. 12000 block of Village Center Place.

June 11

Red Bull time

BNSF reported that a group of teens appeared to be drinking in the park. Officers contacted a few juveniles, all of which were drinking non-alcoholic energy drinks. 600 block of Front Street.

June 12

Raccoons, be gone!

The RP advised of loud music coming from about two house away. Officers spoke with the RP and were able to hear loud music from the location. Officers spoke to residents via telephone and they said they were told by a pest company to play loud music in order to get the raccoons to leave. Officers told the residents that they needed to turn down the music or they could be cited for a city code infraction. 4500 block of 78thPlace Southwest.

June 13

Ding Dong Ditched

The RP requested an area check after reporting someone rang her doorbell and ran off northbound. The officer checked the area. They were not located. 7400 block of 46thAvenue West.

Don’t do it

Rite Aid staff reported a woman had a lot of expensive items in her cart and the staff suspected the woman was going to shoplift. Officers contacted the woman inside the store and determined she likely had intended to shoplift. Rite Aid staff wanted the woman trespassed and an officer issued the woman a trespass letter. The subject lied about her identity and she had a Department Of Corrections (DOC) warrant. Officers located her at the nearby Subway and arrested her without incident. She admitted that she had earlier identified herself to officers using her sister's identity. Search incident to arrest resulted in locating a small amount of heroin, drug paraphernalia and someone else's Washington Driver's License reported lost or stolen last year. She was booked at Snohomish County Jail on her DOC warrant and several additional charges will be forwarded to the prosecutor. 11700 block of the Mukilteo Speedway.

June 14

Open and shut

A neighbor reported an open garage door next door. There was no response at the residence and the officer closed the door. 5500 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

June 15

Loud, drunk, and racist

Officers received multiple reports of an intoxicated male subject outside of the Diamond Knot trying to fight patrons and kicking at vehicles driving by, screaming profanity and yelling racial slurs. Officers arrived and detained the male. He was highly intoxicated and was eventually booked into the Snohomish County Jail for Disorderly Conduct. 600 block of Front Street.

Party foul Officer was dispatched to a female trying the door handle at a residence. The RP was not home but saw it on her ring video. An officer arrived and no one was around and the residence was secure. The investigation determined the neighbor was having a party and a guest inadvertently went to the wrong house. 1000 block of Campbell Avenue.

June 16


The officer was dispatched to a loud adult party. A group of adults playing a board game outside agreed to quiet down. 5500 block of 104thPlace Southwest.

June 17

Scary situation

RP reported that she was just robbed of her purse at knifepoint by two teenage males that fled in a white Kia sedan and there were possibly other people in the vehicle. A school bus driver witnessed the incident and got the license plate of the Kia. Officers discovered that Snohomish County Sherriff’s Office deputies were en route to take a stolen vehicle report on the Kia and the individuals in the Kia committed two additional robberies in Everett and attempted to car jack another person. SCSO pursued the vehicle and captured the suspects. Mukilteo PD detectives impounded the vehicle for a search warrant. 500 block of 15thPlace.

June 18

Hot tub party

Officers responded to a loud group of subjects in the hot tub after hours. Five subjects (one lived at Baycourt) agreed to leave the pool area for the night. 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road.

Just chillin’

The officer was dispatched to check the welfare of a female that had been sitting inside a vehicle for the past 30 minutes that was backed up against a retaining wall. The occupant was waiting for a friend to arrive and there were no problems. 600 block of 3rdStreet.
