The reporting party advised of a solicitor. He was contacted and did not have a permit. He was advised to stop soliciting and obtain a permit at City Hall during business hours. 4900 block of 99^th Place Southwest.

An officer responded for a report of a disturbance. There was a dispute regarding parking at the location. Both parties moved their vehicles. 5900 block of 103^rd Place Southwest.

Officers located an unoccupied stolen vehicle. It was recovered and the registered owner was notified. 9800 block of Harbour Place.
