The Festival of Trees will be on exhibit Dec. 10-31 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Harbour Pointe Senior Living. The Mukilteo event was inspired by a similar festival held at a retirement and assisted living facility in Vancouver, B.C., as seen above.
