You’ve been here before… the New Year is creeping up and you are not where you want to be in terms of fitness and health. You have made weight loss/fitness resolutions for X number of years in a row, only to quit long before reaching your goals.

Once again, you contemplate the same resolutions, the same plan: diet religiously and exercise with fervor, hoping to somehow stick with it this year. Yes, this time you are serious, committed, determined… and you do your best to ignore that nagging feeling that once again, you will “fail.”
