A new mixed-use building is being planned for a vacant lot at Third Street and Park Avenue in Old Town, next to the Rosehill Community Center.
A new mixed-use development will bring 14 luxury apartments, along with commercial space, to Old Town.
The development, located at Third Street and Park Avenue, is owned by 5J Williams Family LLC, which submitted a land use application in January....

Ironic isn't it. The other story posted today on this property was about two deer crossing from it into the green space near Rosehill. Soon there won't be much space left for wildlife here, excepting the two legged kind. Bet the developer gets the ok to build right out to the property line and then some. Let's squeeze every dollar possible out of the property.
