Thieves cut through a bathroom wall of Seattle Coffee Gear to break into the Apple Store at Alderwood Mall, getting away with more than $500,000 worth of merchandise.
According to Lynnwood PD spokesperson Maren McKay, the burglary occurred between 7-8 p.m. Sunday, April 2.
When Apple employees arrived the next morning, they discovered an entire wall of iPhones (approximately 436) were gone, McKay said.
Included among the stolen merchandise were Apple Watches and other items.
"As of right now, no fingerprints have been found, and the subjects entered wearing masks," McKay said. "No arrests have been made at this point. We have a great relationship with the folks over at Alderwood Mall and are continuing to partner and work alongside them for this case.
