I would like to thank Mayor Joe Marine and the City Council for the touching tribute to Charlie Pancerzewski during the council meeting.
We all knew Charlie to be an advocate of the greater community, using facts, data, and the law to protect the interests of all of us.
Your efforts were well thought out and appropriate for a person that spent so much of his free time volunteering in civil affairs for Mukilteo.
The podium plaque, the reaching out to former mayors, the spoken tributes from mayor, council and family; it was such a wonderful nod to the (formerly) unheralded person that devoted so much to this community.
