Mukilteo MukFest Pirates of Salish Sea's Bos'un Jack Sparrow, Avian Gunner Dan Sea, and Cap'n Shipwreck encourage Tallis, 3, to growl like a pirate during Spooktacular. The Pirates brought along their MukFest ship for people to visit outside the Rosehill Community Center.
