A great episode of "Seinfeld" has Elaine being asked to host a famous Russian author in New York.
Her publishing company is handling his new book. As they are tooling around in a taxi, Elaine starts to demonstrate how much she knows about other famous Russian authors. So she launches into a story about how Leo Tolstoy, the author of "War and Peace," actually had thought about naming his famous novel: War – what is it good for?
Of course, the author, who actually knew something about his fellow countrymen is outraged at this affront to Tolstoy's masterpiece.
