A Mukilteo man, Kook Byung Choi, who was reported missing by his family, was found dead in a wooded area on Sunday, May 15.

Choi, 84, has been missing from home for about 24 hours. He lived in the 12400 block of 61st Avenue West in Mukilteo. Choi left home for a walk along the Harbour Pointe golf course on Saturday and did not return home.

The Mukilteo Police Department extended its appreciation to the Snohomish County Volunteer Search & Rescue for its efforts as well as the community. The medical examiner will determine the official cause of death. No foul play is suspected at this t...
