Over the past 3 years, Mary Kim has demonstrated she is deserving of the STEM student of the month. Beginning her sophomore year, Mary has doubled up on science classes. Last year she took physics and honors chemistry and is currently taking AP chemistry and human anatomy & physiology honors. She has maintained solid "A's" in these classes. Last year she was an active member of the Technology Student Association (TSA) club during its inaugural year and placed 7th in the state virtual competition. She is currently the president of TSA and once again, placed 7th in the state in-person competition this month. Mary is extremely hardworking and disciplined. She is well prepared and spends time with teachers to ensure her understanding of the concepts. Congratulations Mary, for this recognition.
