Passover is perhaps the one Jewish holiday that non-Jews are most familiar with. The story of Moses, the ten plagues and the parting of the Sea of Reeds allowing the enslaved Jews to escape Egyptian bondage are well known by much of western civilization.
Knowledge of the Passover story by non-Jews goes beyond mere familiarity, with some even conducting their own Seders, the traditional meal where the Passover story is retold in detail.
