A candlelight is flickering on the mantle of my prayer alter. I am looking at a radiant full moon's light glinting off the water. It is dark outside, and sometimes it is dark on the inside.

Lately, the darkness on the inside has become a nagging old friend that finds all sorts of ways to mess things up!

If I have captured your attention, and you are reading this, and you pause to reflect, you will understand somewhere inside your body and mind – the place that you sense your world; where you sense what is more than the daily little chatter sessions of your own mind.
