Mariner senior Alexis Slater signs a letter of intent to play softball for Western Washington University in Bellingham Wednesday, Nov. 10. Slater helped lead the Marauders to an 8-5-1 record last year, their first winning season in more than a decade. Slater will be joining a NCAA Division II team that went 5-5 in GNAC play and was 10-12 overall in 2020.
