Kamiak football ends season with playoff loss

The Kamiak defense often had a bend-but-not-break mentality.

That philosophy served the Knights well, as they compiled a stellar 7-1 overall record during the regular season.

In Saturday’s 4A district playoff football game, Kamiak faced what turned out to be a very similar defense.

The Knights produced more than 400 yards of offense against Skyview, but only crossed the goal line once in a 28-7 loss Nov. 6 at Kiggins Bowl in Vancouver.
