No support from City Council for Harbour Pointe development

Changes in development agreement would be required if the 31-unit townhome project were to proceed

A proposed 31-unit residential complex located on this property, south of Harbour Pointe Montessori School and north of Harbour Pointe senior living on Harbour Place, did not receive any support from the City Council.

The City Council expressed little support for a 31-unit townhome complex proposed for an undeveloped property south of Harbour Pointe Montessori School and north of Harbour Pointe Senior Living on Harbour Place.

The 3.4-acre property is under a voluntary development agreement between the City and private property owners adopted in 2002. The agreement calls for a commercially focused, pedestrian-friendly "Mukilteo Town Square," and residential uses are not allowed under the agreement.
