Compass Health's Mukilteo facility reopens after remodel

Compass Health has operated its Evaluation and Treatment Facility in Mukilteo for more than 25 years.

After services were relocated to Everett for more than a year while its building was remodeled, Compass Health's Mukilteo Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) Facility reopened earlier this summer.

The nondescript building on the Mukilteo Speedway houses a wide range of services for individuals facing mental health crises. The Mukilteo E&T is Compass Health's only in-patient facility and is an involuntary unit, which means sometimes patients do not want to be receiving psychiatric care.
