Compass Health has operated its Evaluation and Treatment Facility in Mukilteo for more than 25 years.
After services were relocated to Everett for more than a year while its building was remodeled, Compass Health's Mukilteo Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) Facility reopened earlier this summer.
