City Council hammering out details of housing advisory ballot measure

The City Council made progress on the language for an upcoming housing advisory ballot measure during its first in-person meeting since March of last year.
After a lengthy discussion during its Tuesday, July 6 meeting, councilmembers settled on three potential options for the measure, which would appear on the November general election ballot.
The three advisory questions the council plans to consider are:
