The Washington State Department of Transportation is requesting a noise variance from City of Mukilteo for up to 35 non-consecutive weeknights, between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31. The location is between Third and First streets on SR-525 and the request is for a construction project to complete a pedestrian bridge retrofit, pedestrian overlook, and upgrade on ADA ramps.
