As summer approaches, the new Mukilteo Ferry Terminal project is expected to be finished by the end of the month. We'll dispense with all the fluff and get down to the reality of what we can expect in the waterfront area in terms of pedestrian access, aafety, and traffic.

You may have heard that WSF has removed the Second Street crosswalk. A WSF spokesperson said, "We've had continuing problems with that crosswalk" and "Despite all our efforts, it has not stopped people from driving through the intersection when pedestrians were in it."
