Saturday's Rally For Unity was held at Esperance Park in unincorporated Edmonds, but in some respects, the event had a distinct Mukilteo flavor.
Mukilteo Mayor Jennifer Gregerson and Councilmembers Riaz Khan and Louis Harris were among the more than dozen speakers invited by organizers. In addition, a letter written by Mukilteo Police Chief Cheol Kang was read by one of the event volunteers, and the final person to address the crowd of more than 100 people was Kamiak graduate Alex Callaway, who announced plans to hold a rally and march on Saturday, April 3, in Mukilteo.
