Critical workers cleared to schedule COVID-19 vaccine

More will be eligible for vaccines starting March 17, and some veterans are already cleared to schedule.

A new phase opens March 17 to the general public. And some veterans can schedule onsite at VA facilities

The Snohomish County Health District announced that eligibility phase 1B2 opens March 17.

Dr. Chris Spitters, health officer for the district, said military veterans may schedule an appointment or by contacting their Veteran's Administration primary care team directly. (See "Veterans can get vaccines at VA" below, for details.)

For the civilian-public, 1B2 opening March 17, clearing the way for an appointment to be scheduled. The bulk of that group is critical workers who have face-to-face public-contact.
