City Council to host public hearing on public notification code amendment | City Briefs

The Mukilteo City Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed public notification code amendment.

The hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m., Feb. 1 and will be held virtually. The council is considering amending the Mukilteo Municipal code to increase the mailing radius requirements for public notices from 300 feet to 600 feet.

All members of the public are welcome to provide testimony either virtually at the public hearing or in writing. Written comments, which will be provided to the City Council, will be accepted by email to [email protected] until 4:30 p.m., Feb. 1.
