Just before Winter Break, Gov. Inslee held a press conference in which he shared expectations to begin phasing in in-person learning. At that time, he shared an updated in-person learning decision tree that outlined what in-person school activities could happen at different case count levels. At Snohomish County’s recent level of over 350 cases per 100,000 people, it suggests focusing on providing in-person learning for students in preschool through third grade and for students receiving special services.
