The Mukilteo Police Department has received three reports of a suspicious man propositioning women for sexual intercourse over the last two days along Harbour Pointe Boulevard.

The man is described as Caucasian, in his late 30s or early 40s with strawberry blonde hair and about 5-foot-8. Further accounts of the individual describe him as having some facial hair and wearing dark clothing, although recent clothing descriptions say he was wearing a red sweater and cargo pants.
