Mukilteo Schools hope to have some students back in buildings by late-January

The Mukilteo School District is continuing to prepare for the possible return of some students to classrooms in late-January.

In a Dec. 17 email to families, Superintendent Alison Brynelson said, “Staff have been preparing to expand part-time in-person learning to small groups of K-5 students in specialized programs, hopefully starting Jan. 19.”

By bringing in those smaller groups of students, it will give time for staff to evaluate processes before bringing back additional students for a more comprehensive schedule, Brynelson said.
