The city is making plans to reopen the Rosehill Community Center on a modified basis.

That includes hosting small weddings and funerals in a couple of weeks. No more than 30 guests would be permitted, and the events would be held in the Point Elliott room to allow for social distancing.

During Monday's City Council meeting, Recreation and Cultural Services Director Jeff Price said that after reviewing the department's reopening plans, the Snohomish Health District said it was comfortable with a few adjustments.
