Snohomish County sees second straight increase in COVID-19 numbers

The Snohomish Health District is reporting that Snohomish County saw another increase in the COVID-19 case rate per 100,000 population.
The most recent two-week rate (through Oct. 3) is 54.8 per 100,000, up from 46 for the last rolling two-week period. The target goal is 25 or fewer cases per 100,000.
As of Oct. 5, Mukilteo has recorded 144 cases with 116 recovered. The county has 7,234 confirmed cases, an increase of 86 from Oct. 2.
