The Mukilteo Way Garden Club has awarded scholarships to Mariner graduate Tiana Nguyen and Edmonds College student Devon Watkins.

The two each received $1,000 horticultural scholarships for 2020-21.

Nguyen was a STEM student and also studied at Edmonds College during her senior year for an AA degree in biology. While at Edmonds College, she was involved as a volunteer in horticultural learning events and will be pursuing Environmental Studies, along with Biology at UW Bothell this fall.
