Kamiak High School nurse Anita Harris was one of 14 Mukilteo School District's nurses honored by residents of 53rd Avenue West on National School Nurses Day, Wednesday, May 6. All 14 of the district's nurses drove down the street, as residents cheered and clapped as part of the neighborhood's nightly "two minutes of gratitude."

All 14 of the Mukilteo School District's nurses paid a special visit to the residents of 53rd Avenue West during their nightly "two minutes of gratitude" Wednesday, May 6.

Mukilteo Police escorted the nurses, who were greeted by cheers and applause by residents as they drove through the neighborhood during National School Nurse Day.

The nurses put signs on their cars and met in the parking lot at the 92nd Street Park before driving down 53rd Avenue West.
