I woke up on Easter morning last week, completely unprepared for a miracle. I guess that's a little obvious. Miracles are pretty much always surprises, by definition.
I was awake earlier than usual, but I'm apparently not the only one having sleep issues in this era of isolation and fear. The rest of the world seemed to be slumbering, the sun was shining brightly, and there was nothing in the house to eat.
This is not even close to the truth, I should note. There was plenty of food. It'd been over a week since anyone in this household had bought groceries, though, and we were several days...
