Police Beat: Police seek public's help following robbery

On March 13, at about 9:10 p.m., Mukilteo Police officers responded to the 3800 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard SW for a report of a robbery at the location.

According to Officer Myron Travis, the suspect was described as a black male, approximately 6 feet tall, in his 20’s, wearing a black jacket, gray pants with black stitching in the rear above the pockets, tan beanie, a disposable blue medical face mask.

He was armed with a blue steel semi-automatic handgun. The suspect left the location on foot and was last seen running west on Harbour Pointe Blvd. SW towards Cyrus Way, Travis said. No injuries resulted from this incident, and there are no reasons for public safety concerns.

The Mukilteo Police Department is investigating this matter, and is engaged in information gathering as part of the investigation.

The police department is asking for help from the community. Mukilteo detectives would like to talk to anyone who may have information regarding this incident or can help identify the subject.
