A caller reported that she was walking her dog past a neighbor’s house when that neighbor yelled at her and started filming her. She said the neighbor was upset because dogs were defecating on her property.

A juvenile male who was home alone reported the dog had started barking, and he was concerned someone else might be in the home. Officers checked the residence and did not locate any problems.
