Live your life, but avoid crowds, officials say

Like a pill bug sensing danger, Western Washington is rolling up into a ball in the face of the coronavirus outbreak. From City Hall to study hall, officials are working to minimize contacts between people.

Here’s a partial list of local actions aimed to contain the contagion:

Mukilteo City Hall

City officials announced Monday that City Hall remains open, but they are postponing or canceling non-essential public events from now through March 15. They will reassess the situation on Friday, March 13, to determine if next steps are necessary.
